This software will calculate an instantaneous amplitude(envelope) and an instantaneous phase by Hilbert
transform. Moreover, it will calculate an instantaneous frequency from the instantaneous phase. For the
envelope, it can also calculate the lower side envelope line. Detecting the envelope is a general application.
